Overlooking Burgh Island, Bantham and Bigbury beach, this 3 bedroom bungalow is a beautiful coastal holiday home, which is pet-friendly and enables families of 6 to enjoy South Devon in all seasons.

Exterior
The beautiful private garden boasts uninterrupted coastal views and is long enough to let children and pets have a good play. The BBQ and outdoor dining area is perfect for an alfresco adult evening.

Meanwhile, the stone pathway leading past the sunny lawn takes guests to a sheltered sitting area by the front entrance.

Interior
The holiday bungalow is characterised by space, natural light and coastal tones.

The living room to the rear overlooks Burgh Island and the gorgeous beaches at Bantham and Bigbury. A pair of contemporary lounge chairs, a comfy sofa and a flat screen TV and DVD player with a selection of films complement this lovely room.

Guests can sit by the electric fire and enjoy sweeping views, as well as sunset meals either on the sunny decked terrace or at the dining area for four inside.

The adjoining fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the front garden.

A front guest bedroom is furnished with pine twin beds and lavender hues. Meanwhile, overlooking the pretty rear garden, guests will find two further bedrooms.

The stylish master bedroom boats a king size bed and an adjoining walk-through bedroom, which is ideal for children, with a set of pine bunk-beds. The family-friendly layout is completed by a contemporary shower en-suite, shared by both bedrooms.

A second family bathroom is fitted with a shower.

The coastal bungalow is further equipped with a garage, washing machine, tumble dryer and a land line for making local telephone calls.
Detached on one side, the holiday bungalow is situated in a charming coastal enclave. For added flexibility, a nearby 4 bed holiday home may also be rented to accommodate larger group sizes (subject to availability).

Payment Details/Description

Making a Booking & Short Breaks
To make a confirmed booking, you will be required to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. Payment for your holiday can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, PayPal or bank wire transfer – this selection is made through the payment pages after clicking the Book Now! button.
Please Note ~ that paying via credit card or PayPal will incur a 2% surcharge. Short breaks are available at various points through the year (excluding July-September and school holidays). Please enquire for short breaks. Island View Thurlestone has a Saturday changeover day in all 7 night minimum seasons.
Booking Notes
Cleaning, linen & towels ~ all bed linen & bathroom towels are included in the tariff, Bed linen is changed weekly and the house is only cleaned after departure.

Beach Towels ~ please remember to bring along beach towels as these are not provided.
Infants ~ we can arrange the hire of cots or high chairs - please give at least one week's notice if you wish us to arrange this for you. We ask that you supply all the baby bedding yourselves.

Pet Friendly ~ 1 or 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay for an additional cost of £25 for one and £50 for 2 dogs.
Winter fuel supplement ~ There is an additional Winter Fuel Supplement of £50 which is applied between 1st Oct - 31st March.
Smoking ~ in consideration of our non-smoking guests, we regret that Island View Thurlestone is Non Smoking.
